Marie
Marie has studied sustainability and herbalism before moving to Lisbon.
As she got tired of being far away from nature, she decided to move out to the island of São Miguel to become a florestal guide at a local environmental organization.
Thallys
Thallys has moved to Lisbon, chasing opportunities to become a videographer. He is passionate about telling real stories of real people.
In the end of 2023, he left the suffocating city and came to São Miguel to witness that raw azorean beauty with Marie.
As they both realized that azorean culture was huge and quite unknown from the world,
they decided to combine Marie’s passion for nature and Thallys’ passion for storytelling to create Oversees.
Through our eyes and through the seas, we will do our best to go beyond what you see.
